Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales revenue generation plan to achieve revenue targets for POS Billing Solutions and Hardware Terminals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and business partners.
Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Operations
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Product Knowledge
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements.
Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the retail technology or POS industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of POS Billing Solutions and Hardware Terminals.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
